Tour Overview

Houseboat serenity on the Alleppey backwaters, misty tea gardens in Munnar — Kerala at its most enchanting

Kerala earns the title “God’s Own Country” every single day. The Alleppey backwaters — a 1,500 km network of canals, lakes and rivers edged with coconut palms and village life — are best experienced on a traditional kettuvallam (houseboat). Then travel inland to Munnar — a hill station at 1,600 metres whose entire horizon is carpeted in tea.

Our honeymoon trip and it was flawless. The houseboat was romantic beyond words — dinner on the deck with oil lamps and the sound of frogs. Munnar equally stunning. Thank you for making it so special.

The spice plantation walk was one of the most interesting hours I've spent on any holiday. The houseboat chef cooked the freshest Kerala fish curry I've ever tasted.
